Full Job Description
Staff Nurses are responsible for the delivery of care and the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of individual programmes of care.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join a team of dedicated and passionate staff members who strive to deliver care of the highest quality The successful candidate will need to have good communication skills with a flexible approach to working hours and duties and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a drive to promote a high standard of care for our patients,
- WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO SUPPORT NEWLY QUALIFIED RNs ON BANK. HOWEVER, YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO APPLY, ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED A PERIOD OF PRECEPTORSHIP
- IF SUCCESSFUL FOR THE ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO COMMIT TO A 5 DAY INDUCTION PROGRAMME
- TO ENSURE PATIENT SAFETY, YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO MOVE WARDS/AREAS ON A BANK REGISTRATION
