partners., As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include responding to patient queries, managing appointment requests, and maintaining patient records. This role involves emailing, scanning, coding clinical correspondence, processing prescriptions requests, and utilizing information systems. Essential skills include reception or customer care experience, basic PC skills in Word, Excel, and email. Previous NHS experience is a plus. The team values caring, ambition, resourcefulness, and excellence, aiming to improve patient access and outcomes.
