An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Pharmacy Department as a bank driver at Dorset County Hospital. As a key member of this team, you will deliver medicines across Dorset to hospitals, mental health units and patients., Disclaimer: As a Bank Worker, the nature of your engagement will be seen as on a day-to-day basis. • The role will involve the day-to-day delivery of medicines throughout the week with the possibility of Saturday and Bank Holiday requirements. There are scheduled routes, but participation in route planning will also be necessary
• You will be required to adhere to the principles of Good Distribution Practice and be the front face of our service liaising with patients and hospital staff.
• You will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and have a flexible approach. Attention to detail and record keeping skills are essential.
