Responsibilities include leading all decorating tasks, preparing surfaces for painting, applying paint and other finishes, and maintaining high standards within project timelines. You will also assist with material selection, maintain a clean work area, and follow health and safety guidelines. Support the maintenance team and coordinate with contractors on-site. The role requires previous experience in painting and decorating, face-to-face interaction skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
