You should be a motivated, dynamic and caring registered practitioner who is able to demonstrate a high standard of clinical practice. You must possess excellent communication and team working qualities, with a willingness to learn new skills. You will actively engage with the unit's multidisciplinary approach to care, ensuring that patients, parents, carers, and families are fully involved in their care journey. This aligns with the Trust's patient and public involvement strategy, which prioritises collaborative and holistic care.
