Bank Night Service Staff Nurse

As a Bank Band 5 Night Nurse, you will work alongside a Healthcare Assistant overnight, visiting patients in the community to provide urgent nursing care, support those approaching the end of life, and help prevent avoidable hospital admissions. This is a rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to patients and their families at some of the most important moments of their lives., As a Night Nurse, you will deal with a variety of patients in their own homes. The role will involve, but is not limited to:

• Responsible for contributing to the holistic assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care.
• Implementing, monitoring, and maintaining our high standards of care.
• Re-assessing and re-evaluating programmes of care when needed.
• Being an active member of the team, sharing best practices whenever possible.
This is a challenging but ultimately rewarding position where you will be supported both within your teams and by regular reflection & professional training. Shifts will be available on an ad hoc basis, working across the borough of Bromley Please note that Night Nursing roles are designated essential car users; therefore, applicants should have a current driving licence and access to a vehicle to be considered for this position.
