Bank NHS Administrator

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.,

• Act as the primary contact for the NHS England contracts
• Ensure KPIs are met each quarter and communicate with NHS England on any queries or concerns raised with regard to this
• Proactively manage and track the progress of all referrals to ensure each stage of the pathway is fully planned and booked
• Effectively work with key stakeholders to ensure waiting time targets are achieved in order to ensure KPIs are met
• Responsible for all NHS reports via the data landing portal, adhoc requests and data analysis
  
  As an NHS Administrator , you'll bring experience of administration in a complex fast-paced environment, demonstrable call handling skills and excellent IT skills. You will have the ability to provide a professional, courteous, sensitive, and empathetic approach as well as be an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and flexible individual., Experience working within an administrative role
• Good IT and keyboard skills, Intermediate knowledge of databases and excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Takes ownership and prioritises tasks to ensure deadlines are met
• Effectively liaise with key stakeholders within Nuffield and NHS to ensure contract milestones are achieved and the contracts are run to maximum potential.
• Knowledge of NHS service including pathway care
• Previous experience working within a hospital / healthcare environment
