Bank Mental Health Nurses and Learning Disability Nurse will support the Trust's Enhanced Care Policy to ensure that we provide excellent patient centred care are correctly assessed and reviewed.
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, creative, positive and motivated Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurses to join our Nursing Bank at East Surrey Hospital. You will need to have excellent communication and engagement skills and a commitment to improving service delivery for patients with learning disability and/or mental health needs including dementia who are inpatients on a variety of medical, surgical or the emergency department., In return you will have a fulfilling and varied role within a friendly and supportive team working in a variety of clinical areas. The teams are committed to provide safe and supportive services to our patients.

The Trust has recently been awarded the Best Dementia Friendly Hospital at the National Care Awards (November 2019)., Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust operates a 24-hour service, 365 days a year. As such, all nursing, clinical, and operational roles may involve working on a 24/7 shift basis, unless otherwise specified during the recruitment process.
