Bank Medical and Dental Consultant Community Paediatrician

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Consultant Paediatrician to join our friendly community paediatrics team based at Chalk Hill Primary Care Centre in Brent, North West London on a sessional basis. Our clinics are delivered either at Wembley Centre for Health or Willesden Centre for Health. This post is a sessional post on Bank and does not include SPA time. The successful post holder will not be expected to provide Child Protection cover, clinical or education supervision., The Brent Community Paediatric Team sits within Brent Children's Clinical Services Unit (CSU) alongside other specialist services including Children's Community Nursing, Special School Nursing, Looked After Children, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy as well as universal services such as School Nursing and Health Visiting.

The post holder will be expected to work as part of the multidisciplinary team, covering responsibilities related to Clinical Activities (e.g. General and Specialist CDT clinics, triaging referrals, MDT clinical discussions or meetings and possibly EHCP medical assessments) with appropriate clinical administration time and support.
