Bank Mammographer | Imaging | Spire Nottingham Hospital | Tollerton | Flexible Bank Shifts | Competitive Hourly Rate Spire Nottingham Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mammographer to join our Imaging team on a bank basis. Spire Nottingham Hospital is a modern and well-equipped private hospital that provides high-quality medical services to patients. The hospital offers consultations with specialists who are experts in a wide range of treatments, including advanced imaging and diagnostic technology. The hospital is committed to providing exceptional care and support to its patients, ensuring that they feel comfortable and well looked after throughout their time at the hospital. Please note that access to your own transport is essential due to limited public transport links. The Role Working within our busy and well-equipped Imaging Department, you will provide high-quality mammography services and exceptional patient care, ensuring a safe, supportive and positive experience for every patient.,
- Deliver specialist mammography examinations to a high clinical standard.
- Produce high-quality mammographic images to support accurate diagnosis.
- Maintain excellent patient care and communication throughout the patient journey.
- Work collaboratively with radiographers, radiologists and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and record keeping.
- Adhere to departmental policies, professional standards and radiation safety regulations.
HCPC registered Radiographer. - UK Mammography Accreditation qualification.
- Previous experience working in mammography.
- Strong clinical judgement and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience within the independent healthcare sector is desirable but not essential.
