• 11am 5pm shifts
• Day shifts
• Bank cover for sickness, annual leave and service needs as required
In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.What You'll Do
• Provide person-centred support at home and in the community
• Encourage independence, confidence, and fun
• Support daily activities, outings, and hobbies
• Build a trusted, consistent relationship with the client

• Comfortable around dogs and outdoor activities
• A confident driver with a full UK licence
