Ensure all residents' clothing and personal items are clearly labelled, well maintained and returned promptly to the correct person. Respect residents' privacy, dignity and confidentiality at all times. Comply with Health & Safety, COSHH, Infection Prevention & Control and all relevant legislation and company policies. Operate laundry equipment safely and report any faults or maintenance issues promptly to the Maintenance Operative and General Manager. Monitor the laundry environment to ensure it remains clean, organised and safe at all times. Use initiative to identify and deal with spillages or hazards immediately. Work

Support the wider home wherever appropriate to ensure residents receive the highest standard of service.About YouWe're looking for someone who: Takes pride in delivering high standards and paying attention to detail. Is organised and able to manage workloads efficiently. Has a caring, respectful and compassionate approach towards older people. Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with colleagues. Is reliable, proactive and able to use their own initiative.
