Your responsibilities include supporting service users through a seamless recovery and rehabilitation pathway, observing behaviours to help shape care plans, and assisting with everyday tasks, including personal care, to promote dignity and independence. The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic support. You will work shifts of 12.5 hours per day, and a comprehensive three-week induction is provided to help you succeed. The position offers an hourly rate of £13.11 plus a holiday allowance uplift, free meals, parking, and weekly pay.
