About the RoleAs a Healthcare Assistant in our NHS Secondary Care Services, you will work alongside a friendly, multi-skilled team of clinical and management staff, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will undertake tasks delegated by the clinical team, providing essential support across a range of secondary care services. The role requires autonomy, confidentiality, empathy, and a commitment to delivering excellent care.,
- Assist the clinical and management teams with delegated tasks.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Sterilise and maintain medical equipment.
- Use basic literacy, numeracy, and computer skills to support administrative duties.
