Full Job Description
What you'll do:
- Support patients with care tasks, observations and basic clinical procedures
- Monitor and record information using electronic patient records
- Communicate clearly with patients, carers and colleagues
- Prepare clinical areas and maintain equipment and stock levels
- Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
A Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or similar experience - Willingness to complete the Care Certificate during induction
- Experience supporting patients in a healthcare or care setting
- Good communication skills and a caring, respectful approach
