Summary
Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking experienced, compassionate and motivated GPs to join our bank workforce, providing sessional primary care support across our Southwest prison healthcare services. This is an excellent opportunity for GPs looking for flexible portfolio work in a unique, professionally rewarding and clinically varied setting. Working in prison healthcare offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to people who often experience significant health inequalities, complex physical and mental health needs, substance misuse issues, trauma, and barriers to accessing routine healthcare. Our GPs work as part of integrated multidisciplinary teams, supporting safe, effective and person-centred care.
