Bank Fracture Liaison Nurse

What you'll do:

• Assess patients for falls and osteoporosis risk and plan personalised care
• Provide clear advice on treatment, medication and fracture prevention
• Work closely with colleagues across services to coordinate care
• Keep accurate clinical records in line with professional standards
• Support learning by contributing to audits, training and student supervision
  
  A registered adult nurse with post-registration nursing experience
• Confidence in communicating complex or sensitive information with empathy
• An understanding of evidence-based practice in falls or fracture prevention
• Ability to manage your own workload and work well within a team
• Willingness to keep learning, with training and supervision available
