• Carrying out general building maintenance and repairs
• Completing painting, decorating and minor refurbishment works
• Supporting the engineering team with day-to-day tasks
• Helping to source and purchase tools and materials
• Identifying maintenance and decoration needs and reporting them to management
• Completing mandatory online training
• Working safely at all times and keeping work areas safe for others
  
  We're looking for someone who is:
• Experienced in painting, decorating and general maintenance
• Able to prioritise work and manage tasks independently
• Comfortable using a computer for training, communication and job sign-off
• A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
• Literate, numerate and highly motivated
  
  Spire Alexandra Hospital is looking for an experienced Engineering Assistant / Handyperson to join our Engineering team on a bank basis, supporting cover for annual leave and sickness.
