We believe in supporting our clinical teams with essential roles that help ensure patients receive timely and effective care in their homes. As an Out of Hours Driver with Practice Plus Group, you will play a vital role in facilitating patient home visits by safely transporting our clinicians to and from appointments during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Your contribution will help us maintain seamless and efficient out of hours services, ensuring patients can access the urgent care they need when they need it most. We can offer a range of sessions to allow you to flexibly choose the right shift pattern for you. Ideally you will be flexible to work around Bank Holidays and can be available at short notice to cover sickness and cancellations and could cover all sites across the service.
