Full Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated nurse who has experience of working in a community nursing service who would be interested in joining the bank to support the community nursing service when required. This post involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their own home or in a clinic setting offering variety and autonomy in your daily practice. As a Community Staff Nurse, you will provide holistic nursing care, supporting patients with a range of conditions, including wound care, diabetic management, catheter care, and palliative care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, accessing specialist support as required to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This bank role will require you to attend Corporate and Bank Induction and up to 1.5 days of face-to-face training (depending on experience), Please see attached Job Description for a comprehensive list of role specific duties and responsibilities Both verbal and written communication skills, and experience of team working will be essential to the role.
