Bank Community Staff Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated nurse who has experience of working in a community nursing service who would be interested in joining the bank to support the community nursing service when required. This post involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their own home or in a clinic setting offering variety and autonomy in your daily practice. As a Community Staff Nurse, you will provide holistic nursing care, supporting patients with a range of conditions, including wound care, diabetic management, catheter care, and palliative care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, accessing specialist support as required to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
