Bank Community Nurse South Locality

Community Role - To contribute in the delivery of high standards of health care to patients within their own homes, care homes, the travelling community and/or in clinics, by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating packages of care.

Working effectively as a member of the multidisciplinary team, maintain high standards of patient care under the direction of a Senior Nurse and work in accordance with the standards set by the Nursing/Midwifery Professional Bodies and Trust Policies, Procedures and Guidelines.

You must have a current NMC registration and a minimum of 6 months experience post registration.

You will be caring, compassionate, motivated and enthusiastic, as well as having a keen interest in patient care and possess good communication skills. We require individuals who are forward thinking, well organised with a positive attitude towards flexibility.
