Full Job Description
The StaffBank for Epsom and St Helier NHS Trust are seeking enthusiastic Community Nurses to join our pool of Staff Bank workers. This role is withSurrey Downs Health and Care (SDHC) which delivers care closer to people's own communities through our Primary Care Networks and our innovative partnership of local NHS organisations., To work as part of the community nursing team, providing care to patients in their own home or care home setting. To be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of holistic care packages. The skills that may be undertaken as part of the role are listed below
