Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic experienced sexual and reproductive health nurse to join our Nurse Bank at Brook Sefton. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills and enjoy working flexibly as part of a team. The role will require you to work as part of the Contraception and Sexual Health team across our Sefton locations when we have shifts available, providing care to patients requiring testing, treatment and prevention of sexually transmitted infections and/or requiring contraception. Brook Sefton offer clinics during the day (Monday to Saturday) and in the evenings (latest clinic finishes at 19:00). The job offers flexible bank shifts available for our pool of Bank nurses to book onto., Application Tip: Ensure your supporting statement refers to the person specification as this will assist in a successful sift through to the interview stage.

Current Nurse and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration as a Registered Nurse/Registered Midwife

Recognised qualification in Contraception and Sexual Health

Significant experience working in a contraception and sexual health service

Sexually Transmitted Infections Foundation (STIF) Course (or equivalent)
