This is a bank position, so you must be flexible to work days, nights, and weekends as required. In this role, you'll provide support, communication, and engagement with our residents, support with personal care, ensure residents can live
independently, plan and participate in social activities, support and oversee medication administration, ensure documentation is accurate, and collaborate with other health and social care professionals. You will also manage care and senior care assistants and, in the absence of the Deputy and Registered Manager, hold responsibility for the home.
