Bank Care Practitioners

As a Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing at all times. Whether working days or nights, you'll help create a safe, warm, and engaging environment where residents feel respected and valued., Provide high-quality personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and mobility Support residents with meals, hydration, and social activities Respond promptly to call bells and changes in residents' needs Maintain accurate care records and handover notes Follow infection control and health & safety procedures Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure continuity of care Help create a positive and stimulating environment for residents

Previous experience in a care setting is desirable A calm, patient, and compassionate approach Strong attention to detail and observational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
