The role of a Care Assistant:
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
- Assist with medication administration and recording.
- Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
- Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
- Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
- Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
- Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care
You don't need previous care experience. What matters most is your kindness and motivation to help others. - Previous experience needed - full training provided
- Compassionate, patient and great with people
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
- Able to work alternate weekends Whether you're listening to residents' wonderful life stories, helping with daily routines, or simply being a friendly face that brightens their day, you'll be making a real difference to their lives.
