Full Job Description

As a Bank Care Assistant, you'll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, supporting them with daily activities such as personal care, medication management, meals, and social engagement. You'll need to be flexible and available to work days, nights, and weekends as required.   • A day in the life of a Care Assistant
  • Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
  • Personal care-supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care.
  • Medication-Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
  • Meals Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
  • Domestic tasks- light cleaning tasks.
  • Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility.
  • Social activities- Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
