Work closely with children, their families, carers, and professionals across the wider childrens workforce to deliver tailored support and guidance. Empower children to overcome challenges, achieve their potential, and enhance their quality of life. Be based at one of our Surrey-wide office hubs, with the flexibility of hybrid working. Carry out high-quality school-based assessments as part of an MDT, and plan and manage therapy services. Maintain accurate records and ensure best practice is followed in all aspects of care.
