Package Description: Package Description As a Bank Administrative Assistant in Contraception and Sexual Health, youll be working as part of the care system in Cheshire West and Chester. You will assist the administration team with daily tasks, demonstrate excellent IT and workload management skills, provide exceptional customer service skills on reception and over the phone, order and take deliveries, and flexibility in supporting other teams and administration assistants. Main responsibilities include undertaking reception duties, ensuring telephone enquiries are handled courteously, supporting with negative results and patient communication, maintaining filing systems, and distributing mail. The ideal candidate should have a full UK driving licence and access to a car, recent experience in an administrative or customer service role, and familiarity with IT systems. Experience working in the NHS or healthcare is desirable. The role requires flexibility to work across locations including Chester, Ellesmere Port,
Northwich, Winsford, Neston, and Blacon.
