We are looking for enthusiastic, organised and motivated individuals to join Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHC) as Bank Administrative Support Officers providing support to our Human Resources teams. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced administrators who are interested in developing their knowledge and experience within a busy HR environment. The successful candidates will support the delivery of a professional and customer-focused HR support service across the Trust. The role will involve providing administrative support across a range of HR functions, including maintaining confidential staff records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, managing HR inboxes and telephone enquiries, updating workforce systems and assisting with general employee relations and workforce administration activities. Applicants should possess excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.   • + Managing emails and telephone enquiries + Diary and meeting coordination + Minute taking + Filing and document management + Preparing letters and reports HR/Workforce Support + Supporting recruitment and onboarding activity + Updating ESR/databases/spreadsheets + Maintaining confidential staff records + Assisting with HR casework administration + Supporting sickness absence and workforce processes + Previous ESR experience is desired

  • The Trust will pay for your DBS as part of the pre-employment checks. When you commence in post, the cost of the DBS, will be deducted from your salary over 3 monthly instalments. The cost of the DBS including the administration fee is standard DBS £25.40 and enhanced £53.50.
