Summary
The post holder will work as part of dynamic team supporting and influencing the decision-making process at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. The role helps the Trust deliver its long-term ambitions through management of major strategic programmes, integrate the strategic vision and approach into established processes, lead strategic programmes while working with our teams and partner organisations, and make tangible progress towards an improved health and care service. The post holder will work with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders both in the trust and externally. A great candidate should be able to operate effectively in a flexible, demanding and sometimes uncertain environment, as well as challenge existing views to foster productive debates on complex issues.
