Band 7 Team Manager - UCAT - Weston-super-Mare

Working in partnership with the Clinical Service managers, Team Managers and Clinical Lead the post holder will ensure excellent clinical standards are maintained within the team, and ensure the best use of available resources by delivering positive outcomes for individual service users and their families.

We are seeking a highly motivated, inspirational leader, Band 7 CAMHS Team Manager who is ready for a new challenge.

The right candidate will put young people at the heart of the service, will possess good problem solving skills and have the ability to achieve results through collaboration with staff and young people. This is an exciting opportunity to help develop a intensive outreach and hospital assessment team. We would want the manager to be a key role within this development.

The post is part of a comprehensive and specialist Child & Adolescent Mental Health service within AWP with close links to North Somerset CAMHS teams, as well as other BNSSG CAMHS teams.
