An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Band 7 Practice Educator to join the Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professionals (NMAHP) Practice Education and Development Team.


We are looking for a motivated, innovative and well-organised Registered Nurse or Midwife who is passionate about education and workforce development. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, delivery and support of a range of NMAHP education work streams. As Senior Educator, the post holder will lead the New Graduate Nurse (Adult) recruitment and Return to Practice Nursing work streams, working under the guidance and support of the NMAHP Lead Educator.


Applicants must hold a Degree in Nursing or Midwifery and a postgraduate teaching qualification, with evidence of continuous professional development and a clear focus on educational practice. You will have demonstrable experience in delivering education and a strong understanding of NHS Grampian's educational priorities.


The role requires effective collaboration with the wider divisional Practice Education and Development Teams, contributing to high-quality learning experiences that support safe, effective and person-centred care.


Interviews will take place on 28 and 29 May 2026


An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available to successful candidates
