An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Short-Term Care Beds service as a Band 7 Physiotherapy Lead on a job share basis (0.4 WTE, 2 days per week).This key leadership role is central to delivering high-quality, patient-centred rehabilitation within Leeds's community short-term care bed provision. You will work in close partnership with Leeds City Council and lead physiotherapy input across four service bases, ensuring safe, effective care that supports timely discharge and promotes patient independence.As Physiotherapy Lead, you will:Provide clinical leadership across the service, delivering and overseeing high-quality assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for patients with complex needsLead and support service development, quality improvement initiatives, and innovation across all four basesCollaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary and multi-agency teams to deliver integrated careSupport workforce development through
