You will be responsible for delivering high standards of evidence-based care, while providing specialist advice and leadership, and supporting the development of junior staff and students through supervision, mentorship and assessment.
Candidates must have completed Level 7 study to be eligible for the course and have substantial experience as a Band 5 Registered Nurse. Community nursing experience is essential., We are looking for highly motivated, forward-thinking, energetic and innovative individuals who pride themselves on delivering complex, holistic patient assessments and exceptional standards of care. This includes personalised support, coaching and assessment to help you maximise your full potential.
As a senior nurse, you will demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to make sound clinical and leadership decisions independently, while supporting and supervising junior colleagues.
Applicants must have substantial post-registration experience as a Band 5 Registered Nurse and relevant community nursing experience.
Our core hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. However, you will be required to work flexibly to meet service needs between 7.00am and 9.00pm, across 7 days on a rota basis. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
