Royal Surrey Cancer Centre is the specialist cancer centre based at the Royal Surrey County Hospital. Established in 1996 and serving a population of approximately 1.2 million across Surrey and West Sussex, it is highly regarded for the excellent care it provides and for its work with the University of Surrey and major pharmaceutical companies in conducting vital research to support the development of new cancer treatments.

Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) Allied Health Professional in the Cancer Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an outpatient environment of one of the country's major cancer centres. We offer rapid diagnosis, advanced treatment, and access to cutting-edge research to more than 8,000 patients each year across the South East of England, including delivering 4,000 chemotherapy treatments.

We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic people with good communication skills to join our busy team. Previous experience would be beneficial.

As an NMC registrant facilitate learning and development of others. You will demonstrate leadership qualities and be open, transparent, and trustworthy.
