Full Job Description

Sirona care & health - England's largest provider of Adult and Children's Community Services - seeks a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join SALDHS in North Somerset with potential cross-area work in Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

You will manage a clinical caseload of people with learning disabilities, supporting communication and eating/drinking needs, implementing AAC and other strategies, and training carers and staff across community settings.
