Job summaryWe are looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our team of Rotational Clinical Pharmacists.This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise across a variety of clinical specialties, including medicine, surgery, care of the elderly, and acute admissions.The successful candidate will also gain valuable experience through rotations in clinical specialties including: Medicine, Surgery, Care of the Elderly and Acute Admissions and in rotations through Medicines Information, Technical and patient services.This is a chance to be part of a dynamic team, enhancing your skills in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.Main duties of the jobThe role includes:o Providing pharmaceutical care to patients from admission to discharge on the wards.o Participating in the multi-disciplinary team at ward level.o Day to day working with the Medicines Management Technicians.o Providing prescribing advice and support to junior medical staff.o Educating patients about
