What you will bring to the role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the advancement of clinical research. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with patients, carers, and multidisciplinary colleagues. You will be able to manage competing priorities within a busy clinical environment, work independently when required, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

A proactive approach, commitment to research governance, and enthusiasm for improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practice are essential. Experience within peri-operative care, theatres, anaesthetics, critical care or clinical research would be advantageous, however applications are welcomed from individuals with a genuine interest in developing a career in research. The ability to adapt to a varied workload and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment is key to success in this role.
