As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will: Promote recovery and self-management strategies to empower service users. Conduct comprehensive OT assessments to inform intervention plans, identify strengths, and develop adaptive strategies. Play a vital role in maintaining independence, promote self-management, reduce hospital admissions and supporting inclusion. Actively contribute to risk assessment, ensuring effective risk management in collaboration with the MDT. Provide an occupational perspective within MDT care plans., This post is advertised as Welsh Desirable. • Registered member of the Health Professional Council.
