Band 6 Nurse

To work as part of the Integrated Care Team providing symptom management, palliative and end-of-life care, as well as planned and emergency short breaks at the hospice, home and support BCYP in hospitals. The postholder will take on a lead role to support work required to ensure high standards of care are delivered and maintained.The post holder will be required to work a variety of shifts as the hospice provides care services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

As a Haven House Senior Nurse, you will support the wider team to ensure high standards of holistic care are delivered. In return, we will support your wellbeing and offer you a learning environment to develop your skills and competencies in paediatric palliative care, supported by our Education Team., This role is based at our beautiful woodland hospice in Woodford Green, offering free parking and easy access from the Central line.
