You will be working with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation for a range of neurological conditions. The role comprises of 2 x 9-month rotations, involving inpatient Stroke Rehabilitation and a mix of neuro outpatients and community rehabilitation. You will maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with the team, and appreciate cultural and religious differences in patient care. Candidates should have CSP and HCPC memberships, a minimum of 1-year post registration experience, NHS experience, and a full UK driving licence. The service, based at Farnham Hospital, operates Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work. This role requires a DBS check and professional registration.
