Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse

We are looking for motivated skilled Practitioners who will be able to carry out first referrals either within the hospital clinic or home setting whilst also managing their own clinical caseload with good assessment skills, formulating care plans and evaluating care. The Band 6 Nurse will be able to work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team and liaise with other agencies as well as their own caseload, The Band 6 CMHN will assist with the supervision of the Band 5's and Band 3 support workers in the team. They will also assist and deputise for the Band 7 with the overall running of the team.
