- Opportunities for developing leadership skills (e.g. line-management) Interviews to be held Wednesday 1st July 2026Main duties of the job We are currently developing a Universal, Targeted Specialist model in mainstream schools, delivering EHCP intervention in mainstream schools, as well as expanding our buy-in service in mainstream schools, special schools and provisions. Day-to-day, you will provide assessment and therapy services to a mixed paediatric caseload with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN), as well as report writing and opportunities for training parents/carers and those working with children with SLCN. Special school/provision work would involve working withchildren with a variety of severe, additional and complex needs, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Difficulties, Developmental Language Disorder and Speech Disorders.
