Support and maintain a therapeutic environment. Manage shifts and keep a safe working environment for both patients and staff. Work in a flexible way, including early, late and night shifts, weekends and bank holidays. Be able to respond to physical aggression and verbal aggression have resilience and de-escalation skills. Work in a MDT team have confidence and ability to participate in meetings., Work to NMC levels of conduct. Maintain care to expectations of the trust and CQC. Manage shifts. Manage staff. Act as keyworker to allocated patients.
