A rare opportunity has arisen for an innovative, confident and highly motivated person who is passionate about improving experience for all South Gloucestershire Service Users and Carers, to join our South Glos Locality Management Team.
In South Glos we have a strong focus on co-production to continually improve services and this post will be integral to further developing and delivering future services ensuring the service user and carer view is driving improvement.
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Involvement Coordinator to work within Community and Inpatient Services. In this post you will predominantly liaise and work with Service Users and carers from a diverse range of backgrounds and communities who are currently or have recently been involved with South Glos mental health services., As the Involvement Coordinator, you will have regular contact with managers of South Glos AWP services including Service Managers, Matron, Team and Ward Managers and the Senior Management Team. You will routinely link in with the Trust's Patient Experience team to ensure learning across the organisation.
You may have personal/lived experience of a mental health condition and have experience of working within both the statutory and voluntary sectors and a commitment to valuing the expertise that each sector brings
