Band 5 Rotational Physiotherapist

An opportunity is available for an newly qualified Physiotherapist to join our innovative team at Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust, based in Harlow, Essex. We provide ongoing care to a broad range of patients, ranging from those who are critically unwell, to those who need minimal rehabilitation or assessment and advice. You will be responsible for providing a high standard of assessment, advice, treatment and evaluation of patients referred to the acute Inpatient Physiotherapy Service, including patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions. In return, you will be supported in your efforts to build on your previous experience to further develop your clinical competencies and leadership skills. Rotation are 5 monthly and cover: Acute Medicine Care of the Elderly Surgery and Critical Care Orthopaedics (elective and trauma) ED and Frailty Community within EPUT Inpatient Rehab within EPUT Stroke Rehab within EPUT This is a full time post of 37.5
hours per week.. Assistance could be provided for suitable return to practice candidates., To contribute to a high standard of patient care using Physiotherapy skills to effectively assess, treat, and monitor patients on your caseload. To interact with colleagues from health and other agencies as appropriate in each area of work to gain broader understanding of their roles, and enhance patient care.
