Full Job Description
Are you a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment?, Providing specialist assessments and evidence-based interventions tailored to patients' needs. To be responsible for your own caseload, working without direct supervision Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff, students, and therapy support personnel. To be able to carry out comprehensive therapy assessments and interventions in line with best practice to gain a holistic assessment of patients with a wider range of impairments Driving innovation through audit, research, and the adoption of best practices. Undertake evidence based audit and research projects to further own and teams clinical practice. A degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy. HCPC registration HIVE and community equipment services but not essential Discharge planning and pathways experience Experience working within the Community setting or Inpatients Rehabilitation/Stroke experience is essential for this role. Supervise, educate and assess the performance of occupational therapy students & apprentices,
