Defence Primary Health Care (DPHC) Central and Wessex region are looking for a dynamic, organised, and efficient Band 5 Nurse who will be working within our Primary Health Care team at Halton Medical Centre.Halton Medical Centre is networked with High Wycombe Medical Centre so flexibility may be required to support the networked practice. - Inclusive Working Environment Main duties of the job The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary primary healthcare team (MDT) delivering primary healthcare nursing including elements of occupational health. The post holder will work with the Senior Practice Nurse or Senior Medical Officer within the medical facility (MF). Depending upon qualifications and experience the post holder will be responsible for the delivery of appropriate assessment treatment, screening and advice to patients within their professional competence and in accordance with Defence Primary Healthcare (DPHC) clinical guidelines and protocols.
