Visit https://www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa, Here at York CAMHS we provide assessment and interventions for our families of York that are experiencing mental health difficulties. As a Band 5 Nurse you will be expected to use your skills and knowledge in providing care as part of the large clinical team. You will become a "Key Worker" for families and be a point of contact to guide their recovery journey with us. You will be supported in assessing and managing risks with these families and must be able maintain a professional and caring approach in what can be difficult and challenging circumstances.
We are seeking someone who is ambitious in their nursing journey and can utilise the wealth of experience and clinical knowledge we have to offer you
You will be expected to provide clinical support to the wider clinical team, so a good teamwork ethos and a friendly compassionate attitude is vital to compliment our service. We also value our partnership working so good communication and value in this is essential., The post holder will be qualified as a NMC Registered Nurse from either the Mental Health, Children's, or Learning Disability specialisms.
This post is not open to Newly Registered Nurses, candidates must have their NMC registration in place and successfully completed the preceptorship programme in order to be considered.
